Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This dataset contains polygons representing the boundaries of the Registered Architectural Review Associations (RARA) in St. Johns County. A Registered Architectural Review Association (RARA) is either a Home Owners Association (HOA) or an Architectural Review Board appointed by the HOA on record with the County for the purposes of avoiding unnecessary public and private expense by preventing an Owner from purposely or inadvertently proceeding with construction activities in violation of the applicable Declaration, and to assure that an Association with Architectural Review Authority is made aware that an Architectural Permit may be issued within their Community without Architectural Approval.Additional information regarding RARAs can be found in Section 5.03.02H of the St. Johns County Land Development Code.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
